Song Hub - Can I make a CD with my downloaded songs?
Yes, you can for the purposes of rehearsal and performance, but it is against our terms and conditions to distribute those songs to a third party. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.

Song Hub - My school is not in the UK, can I still subscribe?
Of course you can! You can still access the full range of services our website has to offer from anywhere in the world, although prices are always in GBP currency.

Song Hub - Will new content be regularly uploaded?
Yes, our song writing teams and independent contributors are constantly creating new songs which will be uploaded on a monthly basis so the children always have new songs to learn and enjoy.

Song Hub - I would like to renew our subscription early, but will our current one be cut short?
Renewing early means that we add 12 months to your current expiry date and you will have no break in your access to your Song Hub membership. You won’t lose out on any time left on your current membership

Song Hub - What if I lose the music scores after I have downloaded and printed them?
You can download them as many times as you need to, there is no limit. Please contact us and we will resend an email with a download link which is active for 30 days.

Song Hub - Can we request themes for songs to be added to the Song Hub?
Yes, by all means, please contact us with any ideas you may have for songs that we can write and add to the Song Hub. You can also become a contributing song writer. Please contact us for details.

Song Hub - What if my school’s Wi-Fi isn’t fast enough for streaming?​
For a small additional cost, you can purchase and download each song from the Song Hub database and then play it offline without internet access.

What do I get with my membership?
You will be able to access every song on the Song Hub for streaming as often as you wish, together with free downloadable lyrics as a PowerPoint presentation, and a teacher resource PDF. You also get performing rights to all the songs in the Song Hub whilst you have an active and valid subscription. You can also purchase each song for a small additional cost in order to download the MP3 tracks and sheet music so that you can perform it offline with no internet access, but you must still have an active valid subscription to perform the songs offline.

What kind of songs are on the Song Hub?
We have a variety of songs that have been designed to engage with children, covering many topics, special events and current issues, as well as songs for the Christian faith, which include hymns and Mass settings.

How long does my membership last?
Your membership subscription will normally last 12 months and will automatically renew at the end of the membership period, unless stated otherwise at the time of subscribing. You will be notified of your upcoming automatic renewal in advance.

Song Hub - How do I know if my subscription has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email telling you that payment has been successful. Please ensure that you supply us with the correct contact details.

What details do I give for my bespoke song?
You decide how much information you give us, but the more detail you include, the closer the song will be to your specifications.

SongBug offers children’s workshops and staff inset at your school/organisation. Please contact us for more details.

What if we would like our children to take part in writing the bespoke song?
SongBug will come to your school/organisation and do a song writing workshop with the children.

What if my school does not have a credit/debit card or PayPal?
You can pay your invoice by bank transfer. Song Hub subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer but won't be active until the payment has been received.

What if I don’t like our bespoke song?
Our advice to you would be to firstly, teach it to the children: because from our experience, they will more than likely really enjoy singing it! If, however, you are still unsatisfied, we will compose two further demos for you to choose from. Please be aware that there are no time parameters on this being completed.
